INGREDIENTS
2 oz Bellagave Coconut Tequila
1 oz Lime juice
1/2 oz Cointreau
2 oz Coconut milk
Pink sanding sugar (for garnish)
Marshmellow (for garnish)
PREPARATION
- Add all liquid ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake to mix. Strain over ice.
- Use pink sanding sugar to coat the edges of marshmallow “ears,” then place on top for festive garnish.
