INGREDIENTS

24 oz Castelvetrano olives + brine

3 oz Bellagave Blanco Tequila

1 1/2 oz Cointreau

1 1/2 oz Lime juice

Lime segments

Lime zest

Flaky salt

 

PREPARATION
  1. Spread out olives + brine on tray
  2. Pour Bellagave tequila, cointreau, and lime juice over olives
  3. Place lime segments and lie zest on top
  4. Finish with flaky salt
  5. Enjoy!
