Makes 1 tray
INGREDIENTS
24 oz Castelvetrano olives + brine
3 oz Bellagave Blanco Tequila
1 1/2 oz Cointreau
1 1/2 oz Lime juice
Lime segments
Lime zest
Flaky salt
PREPARATION
- Spread out olives + brine on tray
- Pour Bellagave tequila, cointreau, and lime juice over olives
- Place lime segments and lie zest on top
- Finish with flaky salt
- Enjoy!
