Mango-Jalapeño Tequila Sour

INGREDIENTS
2 oz Bellagave Mango-Jalapeño Tequila
1 oz lemon juice
0.5 oz lime juice
2 tsp agave
2 dashes angostura bitters
1 egg white
Cocktail cherry and lime wedge, for garnish
PREPARATION
- Add Bellagave Mango-Jalapeño Tequila, lemon and lime juice, agave, bitters, and an egg white to your shaker.
- Shake twice to produce a creamy foam. The trick is to shake first without ice, then shake with ice.
- Pour straight into a glass, let the foam rest on top, and top it off with a lime wedge and a cherry.
