INGREDIENTS
2 tsp sugar
1 lemon wedge
1 oz Bellagave Mango-Jalapeño
1 1/2 oz Aperol
1/2 oz lemon juice
1/4 oz simple syrup
2 oz cold sparking water
Ice
1 strip lemon peel (optional)
edible glitter (optional)
PREPARATION
- Rim a chilled glass with sugar (we like using a lemon wedge to make it stick!)
- Place tequila, Aperol, lemon juice, and syrup in a cocktail shaker
- Fill the shaker halfway with ice and shake until the outside of the shaker is frosty, about 20 seconds.
- Strain into prepared glass and top with cold sparkling water or club soda.
- Garnish with lemon peel and a bit of edible glitter (optional).
