Coconut Raspberry Tequila Sour

INGREDIENTS

2 oz Bellagave Coconut Tequila
1 oz lemon juice, fresh squeezed
3/4 oz raspberry puree
2 dashes orange bitters
1 egg white, raspberries, for garnish

PREPARATION
  1. In a cocktail shaker without ice, add tequila, lemon juice, raspberry puree, and bitters.
  2. Shake for 30 seconds. Add ice to cocktail shaker and shake again for another 15 seconds or until well chilled.
  3. Strain cocktail into coupe.
  4. Garnish with raspberries on a cocktail pick.
