Coconut Raspberry Tequila Sour
Sweet & sassy, but definitely classy
Makes 1
INGREDIENTS
2 oz Bellagave Coconut Tequila
1 oz lemon juice, fresh squeezed
3/4 oz raspberry puree
2 dashes orange bitters
1 egg white, raspberries, for garnish
PREPARATION
- In a cocktail shaker without ice, add tequila, lemon juice, raspberry puree, and bitters.
- Shake for 30 seconds. Add ice to cocktail shaker and shake again for another 15 seconds or until well chilled.
- Strain cocktail into coupe.
- Garnish with raspberries on a cocktail pick.
