Coconut Aperol Margarita

INGREDIENTS
2 oz Coconut Bellagave
1 oz Aperol
3/4 oz Cointreau
3/4 oz coconut milk
3/4 oz fresh lime juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
Ice
Tajín (optional)
Lime (optional)
Marigold (optional)
PREPARATION
- Rim a cocktail glass with Tajín.
- Add Coconut Bellagave, Aperol, Cointreau, coconut milk, fresh lime juice, and simple syrup to a shaker with ice and shake until blended.
- Pour cocktail into the prepped glass over ice.
- Garnish with a lime wheel and a marigold (optional).
