INGREDIENTS

2 oz espresso, cooled
1 oz Licor 43
1 oz Bellagave Coconut Tequila
2 dashes chocolate bitters
Toasted marshmallows, for garnish
Graham crackers, for rim
Honey, for rim

PREPARATION
  1. Crush graham crackers using a mallet or rolling pin.
  2. Brush honey on the rim of a cocktail glass and roll the glass in the crushed graham crackers until the rim is coated.
  3. Add espresso, Licor 43, Bellagave Coconut Tequila, chocolate bitters, and ice to a cocktail shaker. Shake until chilled.
  4. Strain cocktail mixture into prepared glass over ice. Garnish with toasted marshmallows.
