Bellagave Frozen Fireworks
Freedom tastes better with tequila
Makes 3
INGREDIENTS
3.0 oz Coconut Bellagave Tequila, divided
2.5 oz fresh lime juice, divided
1.0 oz agave nectar, divided
1.5 oz Blue Curacao
2.0 oz triple sec, divided
1.5 oz cream of coconut
3.0 cups ice, divided
1.5 cups frozen strawberries
Lime slices or wedges for garnish
Margarita salt for the rim
PREPARATION
- Rim 3 glasses with course salt or sugar.
- Create the blue layer by blending Coconut Bellagave tequila, lime juice, agave, Blue Curacao, and ice. Pour into three glasses and freeze for a few hours.
- Rinse the blender you used for the blue layer. Create the white layer by blending Coconut Bellagave tequila, triple sec, lime juice, cream of coconut, and ice. Spoon gently on top of the blue layer and freeze again.
- Rinse the blender you used for the red layer. Create the red layer by blending Coconut Bellagave tequila, triple sec, lime juice, agave, and frozen strawberries. Top each glass off with this final layer.
- Garnish with lime and enjoy!
